Background

Susi is an experienced HR generalist, with particular knowledge and interest in employment law. After starting out initially in retail HR, she spent 14 years working in the charity sector, five of which have been at a senior management level. She is experienced in getting the best HR outcomes from a tight budget, and believes that good people management practices are at the core of successful employee engagement.

Susi has an MSc in Human Resource Management and an LLM in Employment Law, both passed with distinction! She recently completed a certificate in Management and Leadership with the Chartered Institute of Management (CIM), and is a Chartered member of the CIPD. Her big HR passion is translating dry employment law into straightforward, common sense-based advice.

Susi joined the Sussex HR Hub team in February 2020 and is loving being part of such a friendly, professional consultancy.
